Just one word before you die,
I would be the one to lead you to heaven,
The one to take you in a better world.

It would be to keep you alive,
To take you back to me.

Just a path to reach your heart,
It would be darkest one,
To bring light in your life.

If I had to look at you a last time,
Just a last time to remember your face,
It would be full of feelings,
To make you wonder.

Just a name to know you,
It would be full of meanings,
To make you understand.

If I had to teach you a thing,
Just a thing before you grow,
It would be to keep your eyes open,
To see it when it’ll come.

If I had to think of you,
Just of you in all my mind,
It would be with pleasure,
To hope you saw me once.

So here it comes,
Love would be the word,
Life would be the wish,
Danger would be the path,
Meaningful would be the look,
Inexistant would be the name,
Advice would be the lesson,
